A new regulation (IRPA) has been recommended on
mid of September 2003 to reduce the
required pass point from 75 to 67 due to the order of the Federal
Court of Canada dated June 20, 2003 file no.:
IMM-2819-02 and cross reference no. IMM2117-03 for all the applicants applying
for immigration before 17 December 2001

University degree and work experience certificate

Do you and your wife speak English or
French fluently?

Bank Statement of over CAD$20,000.00 to
verify that you meet financial self sufficiency. (Subject to be increased
for each children in the family)

Do you or your wife have a first class
relative living in Canada as resident or citizen?

Have you or your wife done any IELTS (at
British Counsel) exam previously? (A score of 7 out 9 is required)
